You need a ISO or independent sales organization for that visa and mastercard do not set up accounts they rely on ISO's to handle all that for them. So not a problem you locate a company in your area and start the process. But now wait the product you are going to sell is considered one that may have a high rate of returns or chargebacks, that's not good. Your ISO calls to tell you this info and now you are in need of a merchant account in the high risk area.
